All the students of 3rd and Final year B.Pharm from Pacific College of Pharmacy attended a conference on “Compartmental Concepts in Pharmacokinetics and its Applications” by Dr. Sunil S. Jambhekar, Professor, Pharmaceutical Sciences, LECOM Bradenton, School of Pharmacy, Florida. The conference was organized by Dr. Udichi Kataria, HOD, Dept. of Pharmaceutics, Geetanjali University.

Along with the students, faculty from all departments of Pacific College of Pharmacy – Dr. Jayesh Dwivedi, Dr. Maya Sharma, Mrs. Priyanka Chauhan, Mrs. Dhruti Mehta, Ms. Sakshi Soni, and Mrs. Ranu Sharma attended the conference. Dr. Sunil S. Jambhekar discussed the core of Pharmacokinetics and Compartment Modelling, providing extensive exposure to all the attendees.

Students of Pacific College of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) attended an online webinar organized on 5th June ’20 by Dr. Jayesh Dwivedi, Principal, Pacific College of Pharmacy. The topic of the webinar was “Pharmacist – Backbone of Health Care System: Restoring Glory in Pandemic”.

The honorable speakers were Dr. B.P. Nagori, Professor and Director (Pharmacy), Lachoo Memorial College of Science and Technology, Jaipur, and Dr. Rajesh Yadav, Deputy Registrar of Rajasthan University of Health Science, Jaipur.

World Pharmacists Day Webinar

Students of Pacific College of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) attended an online webinar on the occasion of World Pharmacists Day on 25th September ’20. The webinar was organized by Dr. Jayesh Dwivedi (Principal) as Convenor, with Ms. Sakshi Soni and Mrs. Dhruti Mehta (Assistant Professors) as Moderators.

The topic of the webinar was “Implementation of a Virtual Laboratory Class Module in Pharmacology”. The honorable speaker was Dr. Dharmendra Ahuja, Professor and Director (FPS), Jyoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Seminar at B.N College of Pharmacy

2nd March, 2020

Pacific College of Pharmacy participated in the seminar conducted by B.N College of Pharmacy on “Personality Development and How to Prepare CV” on 2nd March 2020.

All final-year B.Pharm students attended this worthwhile seminar along with the faculty members: Mrs. Ranu Sharma, Mr. Dilip Kumar, and Ms. Ekta Sainani.

Online Classes During COVID-19 Pandemic

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Pacific College of Pharmacy successfully scheduled online classes for B.Pharm students to complete their syllabus starting from 2nd April ’20.

Principal Dr. Jayesh Dwivedi encouraged teachers and students to stay committed to their studies and planned activities to minimize the impact of the lockdown and pandemic.

This included assigning quizzes, tests, and assignments to ensure students benefited. Teachers provided digital notes and e-books for smooth study. Faculty members from all departments also shared bulk MCQs and model question papers to help students clear doubts and practice effectively.
